	Part 1 -- Seminar Information


	Important If you have not registered on the AFS-640 web site for this course, click on the link below to register with AFS-640. After you have done this, come back to this page (save it as a "favorite"). Click Here To Register and/or Pay at AFS-640 This on-line part of the Recurrent DPE Seminar must be completed before you attend Part II (face-to-face). Once you have completed both parts of the course you will receive a certificate for the entire course. This will be sent to the e-mail address you provide.


	Upon completion of this seminar the student should be able to accurately review the front of FAA Form 8710-1, Airman Certificate and/or Rating Application for errors, as well as correctly complete the remaining portion of the form on the reverse side. (It will be most helpful to obtain a copy of the FAA Form 8710-1 for reference while completing this course.)


	Approximate Seminar Completion Time (Including Pre and Post Course Tests): 3 Hours (Not required to be one sitting - you may leave and return).
